We are filled with great joy and gratitude as we celebrate a significant milestone in the life and ministry of our Pastor, Stephen Hogan. On March 19, 2026, he was approved for an Ordination License marking this his second ordination—this time with the United Pentecostal Church International (UPCI) through the Quebec District.
Ordination is more than a title or a ceremony; it is a recognition of calling, character, faithfulness, and proven ministry. For Pastor Hogan, this moment represents the culmination of years of dedication, perseverance, and unwavering commitment to the work of God. For over a decade, Pastor Hogan has faithfully labored in ministry, serving with humility, preaching the truth of God’s Word, and leading with a shepherd’s heart. This ordination is especially meaningful because it reflects a journey marked by patience and endurance. After 12 years of proving, growing, and remaining steadfast, God has once again affirmed His call upon Pastor Hogan’s life. Throughout this journey, there have been challenges, seasons of waiting, and moments that required deep trust in God’s timing. Yet through it all, Pastor Hogan has remained faithful—never losing sight of the calling placed upon him. This second ordination is not just a personal achievement; it is a victory for our entire church family. We have witnessed firsthand the sacrifice, the prayers, and the consistent dedication that have led to this moment. We rejoice together, knowing that God is continuing to order his steps and expand his ministry. As a church, we are incredibly blessed to be led by a pastor who walks in integrity, preaches with conviction, and serves with genuine love. We believe this new chapter will bring even greater impact, deeper anointing, and expanded opportunities to reach souls. Pastor Hogan, we honor you today. We celebrate your faithfulness, your perseverance, and your unwavering commitment to the call of God. Your journey inspires us, and your leadership strengthens us. We look forward with expectation to all that God will continue to do through your life and ministry. Congratulations on your ordination—we rejoice with you
